I am almost out of garlic. Like, I’m down to my last head.
I do not remember the last time this happened. I do not like the way this feels. I do not want it to happen again. I mean, I put garlic in everything but sugary baked goods, and I generally double the specified quantity. It’s the thing I usually buy too much of because I am afraid of running out. You saw me make that garlic purée (and in full disclosure, I licked the spoon like most people do with cake batter; this is how bad it is).
Anyway, not to worry. I will be making a grocery run ASAP so that all will be right with the world again.
